Reset your password
If you want to update your Make the Dot password, you need to log out and click on "Forgot password?" from the login screen.
Enter your email address in the next step and click Continue.
Check your inbox, open our password reset email, and click Reset Password to set a new password for your account.
Enter a secure new password, click Set new password, and you should be all set.
In order to keep your account safe, you will need to create a strong password that:
Is at least 8 characters in length
Contains both lower AND uppercase letters
Includes at least one number or special character (!@#$%^&*)
💡 If you use Google OAuth for your account, you won't be able to update your password.
If you are currently logged in and would like to change your password, click on My Profile and then Logout.
Afterward, follow the same steps from the above to reset your password.
💡 If you can't access your email account in order to reset your Make the Dot password, please contact your email provider to recover access.
